Murano Glass is Here to Stay

Let's not forget that one of the most important inventions of humanity happened in Murano, a beautiful small island next to Venice where glass making is very traditional, popular and unique. Galileo Galilei perfected his famous telescope using glass manufactured in Murano and later presented his revolutionary creation in Venice for approval and then to the world.

For centuries, the wealthiest members of royal houses in Europe requested different accessories made specifically from Murano glass, and there is a reason for this.

Worked by highly qualified and experienced artisans, these gorgeous blown glasses are made with a wide variety of shapes, colors, designs, and for many different uses. From big chandeliers to small shot glasses, people can enjoy true artistry, creativity and beauty.

Nowadays we can find beautiful glassware around Italy in restaurants and bars, keeping alive centuries' old traditions of colorful decor and local artist's ingenuity.
