Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the United States only and offer Standard Shipping, 1 business day and 2 business days deliveries. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer Standard delivery only, and rates will be calculated in the shopping cart.
Due to the kind of items we sell, and keeping in mind that all our products are either handcrafted to order or imported from Italy, some products can take up to 4 weeks to ship. However, we make every effort to have the products delivered sooner than that. We strongly suggest you to plan ahead so that you can receive your order on time for the event. Our products are exclusive and handmade or specially manufactured by order, so planning is strongly suggested. If the product is in stock or has a shorter delivery time, this will be indicated under the item description. Please read carefully.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address supplied by the costumer. Make sure you give us a correct address to avoid delays. We use UPS as our delivery company, and cannot ship to P.O. Box APO/AFOaddresses.

If You Input Incorrect Addresses
Shipping carriers charge additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages when sent to an incorrect address. If you put the wrong address or omit information, we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. Costs vary depending on area. We urge you to contact us if you have entered the wrong address on the order.
We offer high quality products and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to make a return, you may do so with most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Please Contact Us for a RA (return authorization). No return will be accepted without a RA. Because most of our products are made to order for each customer, there is a restocking fee of 25% of the order for returns.
We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) For incorrect or defective items a picture proof is required. We will not accept returns without pictures showing the damage or mistake.
We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for your events. Under no circumstances will Dell'Orio, be responsible for shipping charges other than UPS ground freight that happen from damages, lost packages, human error or items shipped by accident. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise.
* Note: Personalized products or favors containing candies or almonds are non-returnable. This includes most of Dell'Orio brand Almond and Candy Holders (plexiglass and favor bags).
