Placing or Cancelling an Order
To place an order, select your favorite products by clicking at the image or the name under the image, and make sure you select the quantity on the drop down menu, and the shape and color if the item comes with different options to choose from. Please note that the placement of an order and confirmation does not imply our immediate acceptance. We can request additional information at any time regarding payments or other verification if needed. To cancel an order, Contact Us promptly with the order number, name, phone and email. We cannot accept cancellations 24 Hours after the order has been placed.

Do you charge Taxes?
By law we are required to collect taxes for the state of Texas, where we have business presence. We do not collect taxes for orders shipping to other states.
Can I order by Phone?
Yes, please call us at 1-832-682-6956 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm CT, to place an order by phone. We only accept credit cards to make payments when ordering by phone.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes, we do offer discounted prices for favors only, when certain quantities are ordered. To see the prices according to the quantities you wish to purchase, click "Buy in bulk and save" under the Add to Cart button. *If you have additional questions or are interested in buying wholesale, please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to help you.
Where are your home fragrances from?
Most of our candles, room sprays and space scents are from Italy and the USA. Many of the locally made products come from minority owned small businesses/manufactures.
What are your candles made of?
The type of wax and scent varies depending on the type of candle. we have a wide variety and welcome you to read the description of the product of your interest to know more details about the scent and composition
Do favors require any assembly?
No, our favors come already made and ready to be given to your guests, as shown in our pictures. We know you already have many details to plan and consider for your special event, and we pride ourselves on making the job easier. Dell'Orio almond and candy holders come with the almonds and candies included, as indicated under the description of each product.
*Please keep in mind that almonds and candies are not included in the silver, glass and crystal collections.
How are the gift and favors wrapped or packed?
Most of our favors, gifts and decor pieces come in their own box with the name of their corresponding brand. All silver, glass and crystal collections come in their individual box. Dell'Orio almond and candy holders, and soap collections are not wrapped individually. They are sent as shown on the pictures.
Are there variations in your products?
Since many items in our lines are handmade, we cannot be responsible for minor (most times unnoticeable) variations in color, design, size, or shape. Our customers can be assured that we make every effort possible to control the quality of our products. Packaging coloring may also vary and exact coloring cannot be guaranteed since items may have been ordered at different times. *Please keep in mind that colors of items and products may depend on your monitor and may not be correctly displayed.
Any minor variation should not affect the look and quality of the products neither their decorative purpose.
